Clara is part of the computational team where she is working on malignant cell identification. Prior to joining Cartography, she developed a quality control and visualization pipeline for single-cell ATAC-seq data at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She holds a B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary concentration in Computer Science from Harvard University. In her spare time, she enjoys cross-country skiing.
