Erin Daruszka is our Interim Head of People focused on helping us be an amazing place for people to work and develop. Erin has over 20 years of experience working with and for start- ups and small businesses across a variety of industries. Erin has a BA from Slippery Rock University, MA from Northern Illinois University and is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation & Co-Active Training Institute. In her free time, Erin likes to read, watch Jeopardy, and perform improvised theater.
