Jeffrey is a Founding Scientist and is leading the Computational Biology group at Cartography Biosciences, which uses cutting-edge genomic and multi-omics analyses to identify new target antigens in addition to providing computational support across Cartography’s various teams. Before Cartography, Jeffrey worked at Boston Children’s Hospital and the Broad Institute, where he focused on discovering how rare and common genetic mutations underlie disease states. Outside of work, Jeffrey can often be found using public databases such as Google Earth and genomics data repositories to try to uncover information and (often unsuccessfully) prove points.
