Mary Mathieu is a Senior Scientist specializing in antibody discovery and protein engineering at Cartography Biosciences. Before joining the Cartography team, Mary gained experience working at Genentech in the Department of Antibody Engineering advancing pipeline projects from early to late-stage research. Her previous involvement in multi-specific antibody projects made Cartography an attractive opportunity to work on innovative antibody platforms in a startup environment. Mary holds a masters from the University of California San Francisco, in Biomedical Sciences where she researched parasitic proteases. (in the lab of Dr. James H. McKerrow) Outside of work, Mary likes running, climbing and spending time with her energetic red setter.
